it's a pretty cool place to go if you're into games. board, cards, tiles etc etc. you get to play and eat at the same time, at a affordable price yo! such a shame we (nisa, sally, abri, azmi and myself) had to leave early. if not, i bet we're gna scream and shout and laugh till the wee hours.

sigh. its my last week of freedom, so im enjoying as much as i can.
to start of;
Monday was Hot Fuzz time.
if you're into British comedy, this is a must watch. and a lil bit of action-thriller thing. was pretty grossed out by some ... shots.
and someone said zoo instead of beach. doodeedoo.
Tuesday (or yesterday..) we (jedi and i) walked/hiked our butt off at Macrititchie Reservoir Park to the HSBC Treetop. i swear i almost cried and died. to greet us at the start of the walk, was this GIANT lizard. something like komodo dragon, only smaller? ok anyhow, i was freaking out and dont dare to breathe cos i was afraid it'll attack us. and theres a lot of moths and butterflies and urrks and eeeekss and gasps and ... oh gawd. it's worse than bt. timah. after a while, we started to hallucinate and craving for ice cream and root beer float.
when we reached the treetop trail, i wanted to jump for joy. buuutt, yer lah, one jump mati kiter. i suddenly imagine myself in an Indiana Jones movie. heheh. then, there were 2 black freaking bees buzzing pass us. azmi was in front of me, i was grabbing his shoulders closing my eyes and only hear buzzing sounds. takkoooooot.
oh oh! while i was taking this shot, azmi was kneeling taking some shots too. (shots of the bridge of course. tsk!) anddddd his lens cap decided to commit suicide. i thought it was his pen or watttt. he's a lil sad and depressed for a while to see his lens cap depart like dat. will post the photos next time.
after the neverending walk, we took quite a while and a few phone calls to help us decide where to eat cos we were gong-ed. HA. ok nvm. in the end, the banquet at cwp. i know, its a tough call ok! i ate at a record breaking of 20mins! cos we watched ...
yeah, we did. its a spontaneous thing. the movie .. hmmm .. what you see is what you get. the vintage clothing is what kept me awake. oops =x
don't you think emma roberts and her aunt look alike? like what azmi said,"she has her aunt smile." and today is rest day. ha! pretty long entry, now its time to sleeeppp.

my parents and i went to my bro in law's dad's (besan) place just now. we cant help it, but overheard a couple arguing a block away. we have no choice, they were very ... expressive. and my mom and dad, HAS to say something...

recap, yo! had camp over the weekend. but only stayed over on sat. its my first time gg to camp as an alumni. hehe. anyway, met up wif my ex committee kakis and ros!!
the highlight of the camp was the 'campfire'. beautiful set up, sigh. other than that was, sitting under the stars admiring the clouds and breathtaking sky.
sigh. lazy to blog some more.

souvenir : A token of remembrance; a memento. A usually small and relatively inexpensive article given, kept, or purchased as a reminder of a place visited, an occasion.
Probably the most common are keychains and fridge magnets. Next on the list would be tshirts for the Moin's family. You know the kind that has the country or city printed with the monuments or festivals related to the place, my dad loves them. My mom loves the fridge magnets. Whenever we travel, she'll get a few for herself and prolly one each for my sis & bro.
Is it necessary to get souvenirs? i know its a friendly gesture. but what if they dont like it? then they'll be oblige to put a fake smile and receive them cos you've made an effort in choosing the color of the shirt, bargaining for a good price and ... blah blah. for all you know, they'll throw them away cos it is perceive to be 'friends with the evil spirits' ("Ni kawan setan. Buang!" - Mama) or chuck it one side, let it collect dust and eventually throw them away (doodeedoo).
for other cases, it'll be goods. like keropok or fruits or ... chinchalok. hell, now we have 5 bottles of it cos i think my dad made an announcement that he loves that thing.
sigh. i feel bad for that particular person who went to china. cos she thinks its not halal. for goodness sake, its just 5 coasters. just because its CHINA and it has those calligraphy designs in red doesnt make it evil, mama. for the record, if any of you going overseas and thought of getting me a gift, call me and tell me where you're going first. =p heehee
oh, and i definitely threw all those ... souvenirs from yesterdays.

Being late.
That is one of the many things that pisses me off. Other than that would be, waiting for people who are late for more than 30mins without any notice(~!#$%^&), broken promises (eg. "i'll die if i leave you" hmm, i guess you're dead, motherfarker), did not get what i specifically ordered (eg. whopper with NO onions, please), did not return what you borrowed and conveniently declare your own or just... ignore (eg. DVDs, books, ESPECIALLY MONEY) and ....
LAST MINUTE CHANGES. like, 5minutes before the actual plan. if it is a few hours before, i'll deal with it like a pro. but 5minutes.....?
heres the story.
Medical check up @ NUH, 0900hrs. 0715hrs - was about to leave the house when the folks want to send me. advise them to HURRY change and leavy at 0730 cos we need to tackle with the heavy traffic. they told me to relax and not to overreact (=_=). 0820 - we left the house. 0840 - stuck in traffic at ex-clementi town ss. 0900 - "Azi, kiter dah lambat" - Abah 0915 - arrived at NUH.
from 0830, i closed my eyes and picture myself in a sundress eating candy floss with a unicorn beside me, surrounded with sunflowers and bubbles. its definitely better than seeing myself in a car, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai booming at the speakers, surrounded by cars with psychotic drivers.
ergh! and i was pissed. pissed.
to make it worse, the goddamn doctor's skills to take a simple blood test is ...... (to put it politely) atrocious. its a fugly bruise in a making lar! i cant even straighten my left arm. bloody cibai king dr. geram lar siak, motherfucker. you watch out, i'll use my jedi's bokken and screw it in your fucking eyes and hope you'll bleed to death. yes, you better be cryin to your mommy now, you bitch.
moral of the story; you piss arifah off, you better be prepared for the consequences.
ps: and the list of things that pisses me off doesnt stop there.

MAD picnic yesterday at Botamical Gardens was a success! woohoo! and i wanted to fly kite, but i forgot. no seriously, i really wana try.
idiots. stop laughing.
anyway, HAYA CAME EARLY! miracles do happen people. heehee.
so after makans & minums (compliments to all those who brought them), we played uno (i'll jentik you ppl back with my deadly fingers -narrows eyes-), twister (till the mat got twisted. LOL -krik krik-), charades (you BOYS watch out. azmi should be ban from playing it =p), truth/dare (ROFL) and "I Have Ever/Never..." (which leads to more makans&minums).
as the head planner (ceh!!), i'd say it was a success. great weather with great company with great games with great ... ok, i'll stop.

omg, who is that GORGEOUS girl with the cool red earstud??! THE MAD GIRLS! (asal tak pegi madrasah.. doodeedoo)
